REVIEW: The sequel to the terrific film from the 90s is now in theatres and sweeping away the audience.
This film also strikes the viewers in the initial few minutes and then doesn’t allow them to settle much. The cast is good and so is the filming, giving us a decent 2 hours of entertainment about the scariest natural disaster.
Set in Oklahoma, the film is about a young girl trying to “tame the twister” using her theoretical approach. As she teams up with various daredevils, they face twisters with a fight and overwhelming enthusiasm. It is not as fancy as “Into the storm”, but has a few moments that blow you away – especially the fireworks. There are glitches like the hair strands don’t move amidst the strongest of the twisters.
The twisters are decent but the sceneries are majestic. Some backdrops will excite you gradually giving you the chills.
Enjoy on the biggest screen if possible, until you see one live! Brace yourself for the ultimate storm-chasing showdown where survival is the only option. Get ready for a whirlwind of excitement. Happy watching!
